About Our Presenter: Dr. Batsche is Professor and Co-Director of the Institute for School Reform at the University of South
Florida.!His experience includes work as a university professor and researcher, school psychologist, district-level administrator,
building principal and consultant to school districts and state agencies regarding implementation of problem-solving/response
to intervention.!
The Presentation will focus!on:
• What challenges do schools and districts confront when attempting to achieve 95% student proficiency? What
evidenced-based practices must be implemented to increase student proficiency?
• What are the components of the Problem Solving Process and how can schools and districts implement the
Problem Solving Process to match instruction to students’ need?
• What is the blueprint to successfully design and implement a multiyear plan that will ensure consensus,
infrastructure, and implementation of multi-tiered instructional systems for all students?
